About Rhen
Profile
Rhen was our pick puppy from the Diezel x Onyx litter. We watched both boys in the litter and Rhen showed a lot of athleticism and boldness. Rhen came home with us and did not disappoint in his athleticism. We went to work training for agility and rally, as Rhen showed a lot of interest in both sports. Rhen was a very patient dog and would wait while the other boys were running around - he liked to take everything in. Rhen loved to be outside with his Mom in the barn working with the horse, and he loved to follow along when we went out riding on the trails with his Dad. Rhen loved to swim. He was a natural and would retrieve sticks or toys from the water. Rhen worked on his agility and rally titles with USASA (United States Australian Shepherd Association).
Rhen developed epileptic seizures at the age of 3. His diagnosis became an important part of his story, and he was loved and supported through the care, monitoring, and adjustments that came with managing epilepsy.
Rhen had beautiful dark brown eyes with his little brown eyebrows and a deep rich black coat. He had a lovely topline. Rhen was always up for a job and was patient in learning what we taught him.
